Our Brand

The Akwaaba Care Services Logo is a composition of the African Adinkra Symbol and a leaf (which represents life, care or treatment). The Adinkra symbol is known as Akwaaba in the Akan dilect which simply means ‘Welcome” and is an important expression in Ghanaian custom because it symbolizes acceptance, friendliness and cooperation. These reflect the manner in which our care services are delivered to our clients and in effect bringing life and refreshment just as the leaf signifies. From a varied perspective, the logo may somewhat appear as a cross-sectional view of an apple. A fruit that promises numerous health benefits just as our services do.
